Between 2013 and 2014, we contributed to the development and approval of a project funded through European funds pilot Youth Guarantee scheme, with an estimated non-repayable budget of €244,051, aimed at testing innovative solutions for integrating young people into the labour market in Dâmbovița County.

Preparatory action projects for the Youth Guarantee scheme

The initiative was designed as an innovative pilot project, intended to test and validate effective solutions for career guidance, activation and improving employability among young people.

Development stages and project activities

The process of developing the funding application included several key stages, carried out in line with best practices in European funding consultancy:

Analysis of the funding guidelines and European Commission requirements;
Development of the intervention concept and structuring of a partnership proposal relevant both to the funder’s objectives and local particularities;
